ELENA RANGOU / GR

Elena Rangou (she/they) is a multidisciplinary movement artist and performer from Greece, raised in the countryside and currently based in Athens. She began her professional training at the Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School in Denmark, where she also performed with Uppercut Dance Theater, before continuing her studies at Aktina Professional Dance School in Athens.

With a strong foundation in contemporary dance and physical theatre, Elena moves fluidly between choreography, performance, and modeling—bringing a distinctive presence shaped by technical precision and expressive freedom. Her creative practice extends beyond the stage: she writes femme rap, plays music, and illustrates, exploring diverse modes of storytelling.

Deeply inspired by nature and movement, Elena is also an experienced climber and highliner. Her work embodies a constant pursuit of balance—between control and instinct, discipline and spontaneity, body and landscape.
